With the gold price so high, $A2,000+/Oz and the estimated AISC at an industry-low of $A950/Oz, due to the high gold grades, from surface gold, extra.

Even at 50k Oz annual production. There is a possibility that Siren Gold will be able to pay dividends to its shareholders, due to the strong cashflows.

I have estimated a small dividend payout ratio of only 30%, which would allow for continued strong exploration and production expansion budget.

Even at a share price of 60c-80c, let alone the current share price. The dividend yields would be at very high levels, outperforming most asset classes by a wide margin.

This is what LT investors are looking for, given the poor dividend yields offered by other asset classes. The advantage of a high grade low AISC gold deposit is that it has very strong profits, where healthy dividends can be paid, even with 10-20% lower gold prices from their current high levels.
