I also understand your frustration. I have made a vow to myself that the next time NST runs up to the 1.30 - 1.50 level I will probably sell my shorter term holdings into this just to cash up a bit. I may even sell part of my longer term holdings if the 1.50 level is reached soon but one thing that won't happen is to allow those HFT traders get my stock at these cheap levels. They are simply parasites preying on the weak. The real discipline is learning when to sell when the momentum is bullish again in an environment where everybody is buying.
