Dundee Precious Metals recently lodged a CAD 132Mil T/O bid for INV Metals who are developing the Loma Larga underground mine (au/ag/cu) situated in southern Ecuador. Comparing Loma Larga to Jerusalem could provide a guide to a potential sale price of our non core project.

Loma Larga is at environmental impact study stage. It is scrip bid from Dundee (they already own 23.5%)
Dundee are offering 51 CAD per oz of gold ( AUD 55 ). At this stage of development Loma Larga is a larger deposit,
however, Jerusalem is higher grade. Potential to expand their respective resources is an unknown.
Based on Jerusalem`s gold content only, Dundee`s bid translates to an indicative value of AUD 71.5 mil for our deposit. This is a ball park figure with a cash discount likely. The sale of this non-core asset at around 60/70 Mil would be a huge boost to the company`s development prospects going forward , not to mention a surge in the share price.
