You are right. With the effective use of bot trades they can drive DEG sp to dive for -3.27% to 1.18 for no reason starting from just after 1 pm to 4 pm today.
By the close, gold price rising to USD1,818, USD Index dropping to 92.48 "or -0.23", the shorter tries to buy back the stock from the market, so in the competitive time of 10 minutes, the sp of DEG has pushed up to $1.2x but closed at $1.20.
Tomorrow would be interesting if a future big announcement from DEG or gold price runaway!
