I am unsure why RNI has surrounded the latest CR and PF proposal with a veil if secrecy.

I can only assume its more important to RNI to keep the naming and release of the London Fund to themselves until DD is done and PF contract executed. Why, it bewilders me too. Suggest that our thoughts of CR to same fund prior to PF executed is not only weird but likely to fall outside of any sound business practice. In other words unlikely to be signed off, by the heads of the secret London fund.

One can only assume that if the news is good we will hear confirmation of PF and CR today. I don't want to really see anything else frankly, but I have braced myself
