Dunno, there seems to be a constant load of selling stock, not a diminishing quantity. I guess they could be pip churning the lot to make a few bucks back or just for the hell of it, but hard to see why they’d bother.
Shorting - yeah some, but it seems bigger than that 2-3% suggests.
Accumulation via dropping the price? Maybe. The yo-yo-ing is what interests me.
Unless it is a constant stream of new buyers & sellers, the churn is almost like a - dare I say it - laundering operation…..
Obviously not as the asx and asic and austrac keep a close diligent eye out for that type of operation…..don’t they?
Pure uneducated speculation on my part, but normal supply/demand it aint.
