This means GC and any allies could,in theory, replace the Board in totr at least get one or two of their people elected.And they would be privy to all discussions,plans and intended aims.And we've all seen what a couple of recalcitrant directors can do.I recommend those concerned we may be going the same way as MMA, join the Disc--d group.
