    Benny said that he was talking about tapering BEFORE the low GDP figures came out. The fedsters have always said that they'd only taper if things were improving and the unemployment rate came down... clearly from the data things aren't going as planned, therefore don't expect tapering any time soon. Whats surprised is the lack of inflation...
