They are rarely ever right.
Maybe I would do better job.
I would rate BDR a Hold at the moment....
Price target 42 cents.
Wouldnt like to be holding too many a month out from the qty.
Would be buying up 10 days out if no announcement.
UBS rates BDR a sell .....target of 31 cents.
