    I would doubt it very much.
    Instos would have been behind the $5 mill offering.
    I think they could have got $25 mill if the SP was above the SPP.
    Certianly coulspd have helped with more dillution next year.

    HUI suggests the grind down could be ending.
    I will look to top up on a few on Monday.
