    Van eck every quarter does a rebalance, , it dumps a considerable holding of BDR say around 15% and the shorts get into the act covering ,, presto.

    Than Van Eck starts buying back the stock for the next 3 months .


    Suprised PRu fell, it has a sheet load of Shorts and RMS obviously never had enough.
