doing a raise now at this shamefully low shareprice will dilute current holders to oblivion and lock in the present value for the foreseeable future

on the other hand, postponing a raise (in hope of a rebounding pog or some other act of god) merely worsens market concerns about the need for and imminenacy of a raise - which acts to push the share price down further

the company needs something special to happen with pog pretty friggin soon, or I believe it will grind down to single digits within the next several months
