DR WHo, for BRitain they would be better off , for Europe it's a house of cards , If you give some of these EU countries a chance to vote on a referendum in or out they will very likely vote out. Only thing keeping them together now is the EU looking the other way from its own regulatory rules from banks to massive budget deficits.
