I know what you mean here, bank seeing cash in the account.
The place we were eying off last week has gone to a higher bid so I can play with my funds a little longer now. It's an annoying trade off. Needing cash in hand you can't invest on the ASX.
The bank doesn't count my portfolio as cash or income :/
