Well, 383, easily a thousand economists over the decades have done their PhD theses on war and the national economy. It's a competitive field and the best of them have earn the respect of their peers and eventually rise to influential career positions. I quoted verbatim from three of these people.
I'm not an economist. But I try to gain helpful insights from them; same as I would from people of any other profession.
If you strongly disagree with their theories, then you'll have to pit yours against theirs and be prepared for a robust intellectual challenge. Whilst you might have raised a couple of interesting points, but I doubt that by mixing those points with derogatory generalisation about specific professions, you'll win the argument. Peace, R.
