2 fixes per day:

10:15 AM Fix Shanghai CST (7hrs ahead) = 3:15 AM London BST = 10:15 PM New York EDT (Shanghai 12 ahead)

2:15 PM fix Shanghai = 7:15 AM London & 2:15 AM New York

Conversely, London 5Hrs ahead of New York
LBMA 10:30 AM fix = 5:30 AM in NY & = 5:30 PM Shanghai

3 PM fix = 10 AM in NY & = 10 PM Shanghai
