Yeah, I think we have to look elsewhere, at least for now (regarding stocks). It's quite normal, "sector rotation". I think Li is s dud ..the much beloved PLS embroiled in legal issues, GXY broken chart etc...will end badly). The name of the game is to make money, not fall in love with a sector (and most especially, a stock). Dirty coal is making comeback (look at WHC).
Still I continue watch gold carefully.
Alternatively, trade other markets commodities / currencies (including gold), directly. Ultimately, gold stocks are "derivative" of gold price. But not for the faint of heart....
