    Hi RLeo, good to know that your calc differs to mine by only 159 oz (< 1%).
    But I don't get the denominator value of 34.2857. Probably because I have memorised the only three fixed numbers required for dabbling in real estate and precious metals:
    1 ha = 2.47105 ac
    1 kg = 32.15 Troy oz
    1 Troy oz = 31.1 gm
