All4one- yes in the past you could read it like clock work. But i would like to think it might be different under SJ's watch. From speaking to him he is very careful with sensitive info as he should. Although im not naive to think there are no "special people" out there in the know (not specifically BDR)
See it happen to so many companies where as you say the stock activity tells the story.
A tech company i have been invested in for a long time used to trade at 30c to 40c for months and months, then suddenly the share price climbed steadily the last few weeks to
60c on no news and then wham a qtrly update ann comes out of nowhere yesterday (the company only do half yearly updates) and the sp rockets to 90c. You cant tell me the people buying from 40c to 60c in the weeks before yesterday didnt know anything.
There were 2 x "becoming a susbstantial holder" releases in the last month...13 sept and 3rd oct. That says it all.
