Think some off your comments right. The aisc on the list people are aiming for seem high, anything over 700 will be hard to meet the guild for the year at the higher level of 815 so to me over 700 will be a miss, good but still a miss
On the oz 160 is the higher end. I think only 88k oz needed for the lower guild, so anything over 44 is a pass but because of the duck should be higher.
