Cheers dfs and yeah agree with volatility with gold price but didn't expect such volatility on the miners sp due to a relatively minor move down in pog probably a good day to remind myself what a rookie I am at this.. Oh well live and learn and yeah twitchy I think covers it..to me who is long nothings really changed ...I just wanna have a better understanding of days like today before beginning to trade more frequently because if I was today would have decimated me
