Good points. The whole set up is strange in the US, the Dow and other indexes were eking out small gains until Trump, but as the Yanks have the knack, they found another reason for another mother of all rallies on the back of an elect who doesn't take over until next year. Talk about the chicken before the egg. I'm curious about what the catalyst will be for another one, probably at the point of irrational exuberance now, in which case it will be painful for the suckers getting on board now while the manipulators unwind their positions. It's funny how you hear justifying commentary from the fund managers about the rally with just a hint of caution, but as soon as it capitulates they've already left the building just like Elvis.
