When I shake my head in disbelief on what is occurring, I am equally amazed at the comments I read below the articles. Granted they are from the more educated and therefore don't reflect those of the general populace such as the 300 million with no government identification (or possibly computers). But it is a general positive move according to posters from India.
In the mean time, others are desperate to try to circumnavigate the system...
