    Yep, has to but it seems some here want a deal first and a SS is not required. Gold price oonly going one way, no need to rush any deals as AP should have the upper hand in a booming gold market but a predator or partner will use the low cash balance and AP's failure over the last 2 years to low ball. Can see it a mile away.
