Spot on. Mulgabbie currently is worth circa 0.20 a share alone IMHO (DYOR). I base this number off what NST paid for Millrose. If STK's Millrose 346k ounces cost NST $61m (or $176.30 per ounce), then on a purely comparative valuation, OZM's Mulgabbie is worth nearly $46m (260k x $176.30). On a fully diluted basis (nearly 200m), that's $0.23 in value per OZM share. At the fire sale price of $20 per ounce, value sits at $0.026 per OZM share. Given the below factors for OZM's Mulgabbie Project, I am confident the comparative valuation can hold IMHO (DYOR).
OZM's Mulgabbie Project:
- existing resource (260k broad, shallow, consistent and highly recoverable ounces)
- size of property (126km2)
- underexplored (yes)
- exploration potential (1m ounces)
- 100% OZM ownership (includes mining lease M28/240)
- top tier jurisdiction (WA)
- top tier location (Eastern Goldfields and only 135km northeast of Kalgoorlie)
- distance to infrastructure (only 3.5km east of NST's 4Mtpa Carosue Dam)
