I agree. Either Boca has the goods so the cards are being played very close to the chest to avoid another Jaime type scenario; or Boca is a dud so will monkey branch to the next shiny toy when it is ready (just like the monkey branch from Jaime to Boca). I've written off Boca IMHO (DYOR), so my prediction is we're waiting to monkey branch to the next project. My prediction on this is somewhere up where LRS is operating and very close to Sigma. Pure speculation on my part based on the research I've done.
