If a 50/50 deal is down on Mulgabbie I would expect a cash component be made for past drilling of say $25 million by the JV partner and pay for all costs associated with construction of the HP infrastructure. After all the JV partner will be sharing potential profit of $500 million and possibly a lot more, based on a current gold price of $3700aud and AiSC of $1750aud.
