If it was up to me, I would want a minimum payment upfront of $25 million and the JV partner pays for all construction costs, that is my opinion only. Mulgabbie is an exceptional gold resource and prospect, very high probability of 1 million plus ounces. For a company to get were OZM is with Mulgabbie would have needed to have spent at least $25 million on drilling and as I have said before it’s in a world class location. It has to be worth all up over $100 million, another $10 million of drilling, IMO the resource can be proven to be over 1 million ounces, AP knows where to drill now. My opnion only, dyor.
