The shareprice has been holding up extremely well, ironically because of the gold (which has been placed on the backburner). IMHO Jaime wasn't a pump and dump. After all, when you're dealing with a 'vendor' that's not the title holder (according to ANM), then that is the biggest red flag! Remember, that all this was out there in the public domain. So if punters discount the primary red flag risk, then that's on them (or those that get left holding the bag I guess).
