There was a binding agreement signed with the vendor. I dont believe AP but again, that's just my opinion. What's the point of signing a binding legal agreement, handing over cash and then walking away and not even attempting to have funds returned? That's shareholders funds dont forget.

We have every right as shareholder to express our opinions on how the MD is running the show and communicating to shareholders via the ASX. It's absolutely appalling.
