Given how the deal was structured, I think that the due diligence worked as intended. The clear title issue was picked up at the Mineral Rights Agreement stage where you would expect it to be picked up. Consequently, the deal didn't proceed and OZM didn't hand over any more funds. I presume OZM only handed over the option fee which totalled USD$30k.
