I agree with you because in this case, it disadvantages (they can't get any) loyal long term retail investors and possibly dilutes them. I'm not sure the correct term is "bad idea" though. I think its disingenuous to say that 'free attaching options' are in fact free. To me, they effectively have value. If you run them through a Black-Scholes calculator, you can see by how much they effectively discounted the 0.075 placement price. All in all, it's a lesson for OZM to take much better care of its loyal long term retail investors in any future CR.
