Are we taking location into account? (Mulgabbie is 3km to the Carasue dam mill). NST are trucking 50km 1gt ore as short on oxide (we have it on their doorstep). Imagine NST's trucking cost.
There's an article on Sto*kheads today. Ordell listed with ex GMD md Fowler and he said "they're looking for $100 -$200 per resource ounce (for transactions in the Murchison region) which gives significant upside".
Look at RMS and their transactions in the last two years.
30-50m today isn't outrageous but if/when we hit 1m ounc es in deposit size imho it'll go up in multiples due to scale, becoming 150m plus. I saw this happen with BRB first hand and Mulgabbie has a far superior location and wider/broader ore bodies from surface.
There's just no new decent deposits near Carasue imo.
