Only hope is that the big man is possibly playing his cards close to his chest (i.e., method behind the madness which only time will tell). There's just too much spod on a district scale to simply pull up stumps after one hole (especially when you've got your own drill rig with the 'thumbs-up' crew manning it; and especially after its already cost close to $225k to this current option fee stage)!
According to the 15 March 2024 market release (page 10) there's a USD$10,000 due diligence fee payable next month. Then the first deferred consideration payments roll every month for three months from Feb 2025 (second payments from March 2026). Let's not forget that the total price for Boca is $3m, if OZM hits the go button.
