I don't know the details, but in a presso he mentioned less than 10m capex for HL (3 to 5m) by memory.
Depends on scale, but it takes the work/labour out plus it'd cut the time to production down. No SH dilution, simplicity has value, it'd free up AP for Brazil exploration too, so I'm all for it personally. The operator deserves reward for their risk imo, it motivates them to perform which in turn eewards us with dividends.
