That's the point isn't it? We don't know where along the project's timeline we currently sit to be able to make any reasonable assessment about probable operational start dates. Not knowing where the SS is at or when it will drop does not help us either. Will they go DFS after the SS or straight through etc etc. Is there some kind of snag with the SS that's currently holding things up? We don't know because OZM's market releases don't say much about these issues.
