18 months cause i'm assuming a strategic JV will come in and will be happy to commit to starting up a staged HL operation solely on the strength of a SS which I'm speculating to drop before the end of the year. Hence 18 months. I think 6 months is too optimistic although maybe a pilot facility could be done I suppose. If no JV, then I assume after the SS they will need DFS to obtain finance to fund it all - hence the 3 to 5 year horizon. This is all my speculation based on my own assumptions so its IMHO (so DYOR).
