Totally agree with you. There could be a method behind the madness. We don't know everything thats going on behind the scenes, only OZM does so its in the best position to make the call. We can only speculate based on assumptions, other info from public websites and from what OZM has already told us in its market releases, tweets, presentations etc. At the end of the day, its what OZM tells us in its official ASX market releases that matter. Period. So until a market release about Boca comes in, we really don't know if we've got a dud or a goer!
