I'm not sure re SGQ, I think they may have deliberately left out a lot of info. The raising at .025 isn't favourable to existing holders imo. They really should've been more open from the beginning and addressed the TD issues (potential radioactivity), and other red flags. Investors these days have access and thankfully (imo) share info to help others make better informed investment decisions.
The ball is in their court, so it's time to properly address the valid concerns (imo again).
