If this comes to fruition then GOR would almost certainly need to auction off its 20% stake in DEG.
This would likely be snapped up by someone wanting the other 80%, but perhaps in no hurry to get it. This would look like a "no change" for DEG. One 20% owner replaced by another.
But it would put a market price on DEG which I suspect (hope) would be significantly higher than its current share price.
