IMO, CAI is ridiculously undervalued at a market cap of under $100 million, it’s price is being suppressed by the big market players and the selling from existing shareholder, selling to get funds to buy cheaper shares and get the free options from the new share issue. A lot of good news coming, especially the next quarterly when released, only a matter of time before a major re-rate IMO.
CAI has 4.2 Mtpa of installed milling capacity which would probably cost at todays prices $400 million to build and take several years to construct. At full production it has the potential to produces 200-300 ozs pa. Now that CAI is cash up, they can start exploration at multiple prospects to build up the resources to get both mills at full production. At these high and possibly much higher project gold prices CAI’s share price has a lot of blue sky.
