IF WE WORRY ABOUT WHAT MIGHT GO WRONG ,WE WILL NEVER ACCOMPLISH ANYTHING.
A relation of mine owned his home ,fully paid off since the early 90s. At the time ,I was flat broke and owed money, he was always the cautious one, didn't mind a bet, but to scared to invest.
Since the 90s ,he has gone nowhere, still owns his home but works 5 days a week to pay his for his living , he is now in his early 70s, as for me ,I took my chances, the stars aligned and now ,I'm a million miles ahead , self funded and no need for piddly pensions.
Well considered risk investment can be very rewarding.
