Don’t think SQM would want to be part of this opportunity, without thoroughly doing their due diligence!.
They have other irons in the fire in the region and will need to be considering multiple projects; to achieve sufficient quantities, as demand ramps up over the coming years!.
However, if it does come good, I can see Haoma selling their holding early on to SQM, but Dave could hold out, releasing some of the equity, for a suitable main business saving amount !.
