you're certainly correct in identifying KAU's inability to consistently produce gold at the moment.

that's if the declining quarterly gold production trend continues in the September quarter.

but i hold in hope that things will turn around.

the company has demonstrated time and again it holds retail shareholders in low regard.

but in a deal completed only last month, KAU seduced A$5 million from Ragnar in a CR that vaulted RAG to #1 shareholder, with about a 16% stake in KAU..

that's why as 'hell' poster i think it was applauded KAU for actually generating a marketable strategy for what was happening at A1, the first such strategy poster hell had noticed in more than three years as a holder.

so it might be kosher in geo circles to flip the bird at long suffering retail holders, ie mug punters.

but the same rules might not necessarily apply to industry participants.

one can only hope that pulling A$5 million from their fellows might be a signal, rather than just a desperate grab for cash.

i guess we'll know in a couple of months, or early next year, or the end of FY2024-25, or in some other future FY, or even when someone's current accumulation phase - as seen in trading patterns - comes to an end.

the downward trend in gold production could end in the future.
