This is what mining companies do , when they got no money . Then they can issue shares from a lower stock number base. Note that to big holders, this is a bad sign. Don't just assume they will come back on for 34 times their last trade. Consolidations are usually bad for investor confidence, because holders are expecting the likelihood of a capital raise. i mean, 34 to one is a big consolidation. I bought in recently & got out because it looked like a poorly supported stock.

Sounds like an arm-chair trader.
