    My recollection is that BSR's constitution requires a 90% acceptance before a takeover can succeed. Such provisions in company constitutions require re insertion every 3 years.

    many large holders have held a lot longer than HEG, some at least have an intimate knowledge of Sabodala and its history.
    Their holding on for so long must have been for some reason!
