control of this company passes I suggest with a shareholding of 400 million BSR shares = 33% . And there must be holders of at least 400 million shares who gave up on this company a long time ago. Those who recently stumped up 60 million shares at 2 cents ..a significant number I suggest will be happy to double their money at 4 cents in this fractious climate. BSR directors should have tried a lot harder to issue debt securities instead of blowing out the capital ..and then hiring a pack of expensive professional managers to exhaust their cash in a matter of weeks..
