Also note that the IRR on the total investment was 40% (at Au US$650 and Ag US$12.85).

Spot prices now are Au US$935, and Ag US$13.50.

The additional margin provided by the fact that the gold price is 45% higher largely goes straight to the bottom line.


Little wonder TRY took their time. What a bargain!
