16 May 2007 Citigold Raises $6 million from SPP and Institutional Placement Citigold Corporation Limited (Citigold) is pleased to announce that the Company has received applications for 7,893,334 ordinary shares (including 493,334 bonus shares) raising A$3.034 million from the April 2007 Share Purchase Plan (SPP). This is our most successful share plan and we thank shareholders for their participation. Citigold is also pleased to welcome an investment by Baker Steel Capital Managers, an international investment firm, which specialises in the natural resource and gold sectors. Baker Steel subscribed for 7,804,877 ordinary shares (including 487,804 free bonus shares) raising A$3 million. These funds are in addition to those raised by the SPP.
11 May 2007 WARRIOR GOLD PROJECT ON TARGET Citigold Corporation Limited (Citigold) is pleased to advise that gold production for the month of April was 1,076 ozs which is [7.6%] ahead of the previously announced budget of 1,000 ozs for the period. The higher production was achieved on above budget gold grades in the Warrior mine, part of Citigold’s Charters Towers Gold Project in north Queensland. Gold production for May is budgeted at 2,000 ozs.
