That that is ultimately the crux of the problem - If it was started when they first listed (it's in their prospectus) then this would be operational if not very close by now.
All I was trying to state was that things just take a lot of time, they just do. MYG is a perfect example if you heard John speak last night - they are going to miss targets, not because they aren't working towards it but rather when you need input of others delays always occur.
